Off Site Activities

5th Douglas arrange a number of walks and other activities throughout the year both as part of the programme and 'just for fun'. Parent attendance is invited and encouraged to maintain adult to child ratios and to have some fun themselves.

Required items may include swimwear and towels, maps, compass, walking boots, note book and pens/pencils, camera, etc..

These are notified in advance in writing and will include information as to the type of clothing and extra items required as far is as possible. In all cases, common sense should prevail. Any queries should be directed to the activity organiser before arriving at the notified location.

Activities may involve a clean change of clothes and footwear before going home.
